How many of the Christians will be not raptured / rescued?

We don't know the numbers. We know of 144 000 firstfruits and uncountable number of people from all nations who come from the great distress (not necessarily the great tribulation). We hope we are among them. Furthermore, we know the second rapture will be announced 3 days in advance probably by one of the current ongoing messages online. As the practice shows, mostly devote people who already follow those messages, will believe and fulfill that message. For example, go to that church / shrine where the ship will land or the stargate will open. The first rapture will be for pre-selected people, either 144 000 or more, who will have a special mission later. But the second rapture is quite open for everyone who believes and wants to follow Jesus - that also includes the repentance of sins. Between the second and the third raptures come the fall of Babylon, the world war, the planetary cataclysms. The Great Warning too. Perhaps as many as 1 billion or more will die. The rest of the people will have to see the rising of the antichrist, unless they are in refuges - again, quite a few of today's "Christians" will retreat in the protected areas. Then the chip-mark of the beast will be offered voluntarily. Because the Revelation 15 speaks of people standing on the sea of glass mixed with fire, that refused the chip/mark and are not martyrs. That sea of glass mixed with fire is nowhere on earth. This is the third and last rescue/rapture. Then the door of heavenly temple closes and no one can enter. Then the Revelation says "blessed are the dead in the Lord", because the persecution of the antichrist starts at that moment. Notice the Revelation is not a linear chapter by chapter. So Ch. 14-15 describe a sequence in more detail. Our suggestion is the 3 angels are the Great Warning, that is also described probably in the sixth seal.

How many people will believe the word of God given thru nowadays prophets, when they will announce the second and the third rapture or space rescue? How many "christians" will choose not to take the enormous financial and other benefits of the chip, especially if it is said to be attached outside the body as a nano-particle (invisible and not implanted inside but outside)) or entangled ray of photons that communicate without any waves (but thru different dimensions), or whatever other technology? And if  religious leaders (false prophet and his followers) tell them it has nothing to do with any antichrist because he is to come only after the "era of peace"? We don't know how many, but we will do everything possible to be counted preferably in the second rapture/spaceship or stargate rescue.
