Saudi Arabia has sent dozens of tanks to Bahrain, where anti-government protests continue for about two weeks, Egypt's Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper said on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing "15 tank carriers carrying two tanks each heading towards Bahrain" along the 25-km King Fahd causeway, which links the small island nation of Bahrain to Saudi Arabia.
Protestors are mainly Shiites account for about 70% of the Bahraini population, but have long complained of discrimination and other abuses by the Sunni Khalifa dynasty that has ruled the tiny Gulf nation for more than two centuries.

Now the Bible does warn against worry in Matthew 6, John 14 and Philippians 4. Wayne Mack even says:
Worry is a serious problem because it expresses unbelief, but it is also a serious problem because it is an attempt to usurp the sovereignty of God. In a sense, when we worry, we are trying to think and act like God, to put ourselves in control. . . . When we are anxious, it is often because we think that events are out of control, and not only that, but also that these events should be in our control. If we are facing a situation that we know is too much for us, but we think that we should be able to handle it, we become anxious. We feel responsible for making others act, for causing things to run smoothly, and for the outcome of events. In essence, we are aspiring to be God and frustrated because we are not.

During the last two months I have meditated on Scripture to a greater degree than I had in 2010 and before. Prayer relinquishing those worries and Scripture meditation are what works for me. Oprah and others can have their New Age Spirituality. I don't need it.

Just see the last GLP poster. Along with the information that may be of incredible value if true, one can sense the desperation of the end, because of the lack of faith or a "way out" as we recently explained. to be the case even for some religious messages.
Usually every substantial post is followed by nonsense comments. While GLP is the leader, similar is the situation in other, smaller and better until now forums. There are always a few people who post something valuable, and a herd of sheep who can be guided by the next wind with English grammar below the hi-school level. And a couple of real wolves in sheep clothing who try to stop and object any good idea. Perhaps Guardian is right by saying that the forums are full of paid people who attack everyone whose ideas differ from their agendas.
The herd of sheep however loses orientation and will lose it even more if Nibiru comes instead of comet Elenin. They prefer to discuss anything else. Still the pins in GLP create an "intellectual" environment if you read just the beginning of the pinned threads. But for how long? We remember GLP was shut down recently. Surely not because of the official explanation.
