Isn't there a country other than Saudi Arabia to organize ET disclosure conference?

We hope Dr. Michio Kaku (speaker on the ET conference in Saudi Arabia below) will revise his remarks on the implanted chip. After explaining to us the secrets of the Universe in so many videos, he may also show us who of the ET and which of the ET technology is good for us humans. Surely not the implanted chip or those ET who promote it.
