Hoagland: 9/11 conspiracy theories as far from the truth as the official version

He said in Secret space program conference (link below) that a space based power made 9/11 using torsion (scalar) weapons. He believes it is a power originating from Earth (Nazi? other?) That version is supported by Webre in his Examiner.com analyzes of 9/11. However, other researchers like Alex Collier say an alien hostile power exists (either linked to the Nazi or not). One of the people who claimed about the existence of hostile aliens, was no one else but the US president Ronald Reagan in his UN "alien speech", that is still not realized by most people.
