Onagawanuclear power plant declared emergency, while Tokai nuclear plant has stopped pumping water into reactor.
Together with the Fukushima 1 and 2, now there are 4 power plants with unknown number of reactors in danger. At least two in Fukushima 1 are with a certain and a probable meltdown.
