As well as all other countries that Duke sees as liberated from the Communism. Is this the purpose - to be free from communism and fall to the rising beast? What is the lesser evil then?
I have my own opinion on these matters, expressed in this blog as well. I wrote to Duke Puntalangit telling him of the perspective that the Extraterrestrials are on both sides or as many sides as there are. There will be evil material aliens (plus the spirits devils) aiding the Antichrist. There will be good material aliens (plus the spiritual angels) aiding the Woman in the desert. Russia is very likely to be the left behinder from Revelation 12:17 that will fight with the dragon's invading army and the following beast invasion (two different ET - draconians and most likely transformers).
Let the readers know that all we can see and prophecy is only a mirror of what is coming, as St Paul said, and let they be prepared for any eventuality.
The Rapture is another major issue that somehow escapes from Duke's prophecies.
Despite all of that, I value his important prophecies and wait them to be materialized.
